Critical Whey contains three forms of whey protein in the form of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein. This is to ensure that you get the best possible product. Critical Whey is great right after a workout, but it's also great any time of day when you want to fill up on extra protein. The protein dissolves just as well in water as it does in milk.
Number of servings per package / Amount of use: Mix 2 scoops (30 g) with 2.5 – 5 dl of water or milk in a shaker and mix well. It is best taken immediately after a workout. One package contains 66 servings.
