MIAMI VIBES® MIAM EAA contains all nine essential amino acids, including the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. Essential amino acids are the building blocks of body proteins, and proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass .
