BCAA (branched chain amino acids), are essential amino acids that are actually found in animals but are then bound to whole proteins that must be broken down before they can be absorbed. With Gold Standard BCAA, you get a high dose of BCAA in free form that does not require any pre-digestion before absorption.
What makes Gold Standard BCAA unique is the inclusion of vitamins, minerals and Wellmune®. This BCAA contains, among other things, magnesium, which has a wide range of effects. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and normal protein synthesis. Wellmune® is a quality ingredient that supplies beta-glucans.
Gold Standard BCAA can be advantageously used during training but also whenever extra amino acids are desired.
