Our product contains 5 different carbohydrates and 3 different proteins with added creatine.
The formula was also strengthened with four plant-derived amino acids (BCAAs and L-glutamine) and a digestive enzyme complex was added.
Suggested dosage: Mix 1 serving (120 g – 3 scoops) of powder with 400 ml of water or low-fat milk and shake for 30 seconds. On training days, take two servings, one after training and one between meals.
Allergen information: Made in a plant that processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, hazelnuts, fish and crustacean ingredients.
