Beta-alanine is an organic chemical compound classified as endogenous amino acids, which together with L-histidine is a precursor of carnosine - an extremely important dipeptide among physically active people, which in the body occurs mainly in muscle cells. Beta-alanine can be naturally synthesized in the human body, and can also be delivered to the body along with the daily diet - the sources of the compound are primarily meat and meat products.

The product shows strong hygroscopic properties (strongly absorbs moisture). The formation of clumps or uniform (compact) consistency is not a sign of loss of product properties. In this case, the product should be shredded again.

Suggested usage
