Dosage instructions:  Mix 1 serving, 4 scoops (280 g in total), with 6-7 dl of water or milk. This supplement is very energy dense so feel free to start with half dosages and increase gradually to determine your individual needs. Intake between meals and/or after exercise, 1-2 times daily.
