OstroVit Soy Protein Isolate - valuable source of plant-based protein
Protein is a macronutrient that constitutes the basic structure of living organisms. It is a macromolecular chemical compound made of amino acid residues that are connected by peptide bonds.
Among proteins, we can distinguish between complete and incomplete proteins. Complete proteins contain all essential essential amino acids (EAAs), i.e. those that body cannot synthesize on its own, so they must be supplied to the body from outside, along with the daily diet or in the form of supplements. EAAs include compounds such as tryptophan, threonine or methionine. Among essential amino acids, we can also distinguish branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), i.e. substances whose metabolism takes place directly in the muscles, which increases their attractiveness, especially among athletes and physically active people. Branched-chain amino acids include compounds such as isoleucine, leucine and valine. Incomplete proteins, on the other hand, are structures that do not contain all essential amino acids, which is why it is important to properly combine consumed products to provide the body with all the valuable compounds.
Soy protein isolate used in OstroVit is a compound that is distinguished by very good solubility and richness of valuable amino acids, which has a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement and makes the preparation a full-fledged product that can also be used by people following a plant-based diet.
Properties of ingredients contained in OstroVit Soy Protein Isolate:
Protein present in the preparation contributes to the growth of muscle mass and also helps to maintain it. In addition, macronutrient supports the maintenance of healthy bones.
Mix a portion of 30 g (2,5 scoops) in 300-350 ml of water. Consume once a day after training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Keep out of the reach of small children.
