How to prepare gruel correctly?
Preparation (1 serving):
- Pour 40 g of the product (4 scoops) into a bowl.
- Pour 200 ml of boiling water over it.
- Stir vigorously until smooth.
- Leave for 1–2 minutes and it's ready.
Important! The water must be boiling!
