Mutant Mass is a gainer developed to help people who train hard and at the same time have difficulty gaining weight. This gainer contains plenty of several important nutrients, including carbohydrates and protein. The carbohydrates help the body recover after training* and the proteins ensure that the body can repair and strengthen the muscle tissue. These gainers are popular among hard-training athletes, both for recovery, muscle gain and because they taste good.
There are a number of flavors to choose from, which means you can easily switch if you get tired of the taste or want to change things up. Both the carbohydrates and the protein come from sources such as barley, corn and sweet potatoes. Mutant Mass uses a new formula that contains plenty of energy, the distribution between carbohydrates and protein is 3:1. One portion gives you, among other things, more than 50 g of complete protein and around 1100 calories.
Although Mutant has reduced the sugar by more than half compared to previous versions, Mutant Mass still has the same good and highly appreciated taste. If you are in an intensive training period and want to maximize muscle growth, Mutant Mass is an excellent way to increase energy intake.

*Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity and/or prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depleted glycogen stores in the skeletal muscles.
Dosage instructions: Fill a shaker with 6-7 dl of milk or water. Pour in four scoops of Mutant Mass to create a serving. Note that one portion contains a lot of energy, a tip is to start with half a portion and increase gradually. Take after training or between meals. Can be used once or twice a day.
